Visa Dispute Resolution Certification
Dispute resolution professionals play a critical role in the payments industry.
Our Dispute Resolution Certification program was created to help elevate the role, expand career prospects and provide professional credibility for those who earn the credential.
Becoming Visa Certified
We offer two levels of certification to validate your expertise — Associate and Professional.
Our program consists of two required exams with recommended courses that help prepare you to take the exams. Upon passing the Intermediate exam you'll be recognized as a Visa Dispute Resolution Certified Associate. Upon passing both the Intermediate and Advanced exams you'll recognized as a Visa Dispute Resolution Certified Professional. At each level, you'll receive a digital badge you can share publicly to highlight your achievement.
